Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available. 

Delivery times var depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier delays, weather and other circumstances outside control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Ella's Kloset is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. 

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact is if you need additional assistance.
